We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are despatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card (see 2.3 above) or we have sent acknowledging emails (see 2.4 above). Very occasionally an error may occur resulting in the products described on our website not being the products actually available for sale. If this occurs your order will not be or have been accepted. We may ask you whether you wish to purchase other products we may have available or the products which may have been despatched to you in error. If so your order will be amended. Otherwise, we will treat any order as cancelled and any incorrect products despatched will be collected for full refund.

We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications, or with prior notice, to close an account

Delivery Schedule

P & P is for mainland UK only. Customers should contact us for P&P for highlands & islands, Europe and the rest of world.

We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of ordering. If you require a 'next day' delivery service your order must be placed before 12pm and an additional charge of £10 will be made.Please contact the office on 0845 643 6915 to confirm. 

If stock is found to be unavailable at the time of ordering, customers will be notified and will have the option of a refund or to await re-stocking of the item.

All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18, our couriers reserve the right not to deliver the goods if no suitable adult is present. All deliveries must be thoroughly checked on arrival for damages that may have occurred during shipment. This is the responsibility of the consumer, we cannot accept liability for goods that are found to be damaged, after they have been signed for. Signing of the shipping companies receipt is a binding statement that the order arrived complete and in excellent condition.

Sausagemaking.org do not accept liability for any consequential loss, either direct or indirect, resulting from our ordering/stocking procedures or from ordering errors by customers.

We use Parcelforce for deliveries over 2kg and first class post for all other mail. DHL may deliver between the hours of 8 am and 5pm. If you are not at home when they attempt delivery they will leave a card with a contact number to arrange re-delivery. If you have supplied an email address at time of ordering, Parcelforce will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. 

Under no circumstance will we authorise a refund for any goods until they have been returned to our premises in their original packaging with instruction manuals and all sales and delivery documentation.

Export Restrictions
Any goods found faulty within 30 days of purchase will either be refunded or replaced. Return of the goods to us will be at our expense. Goods found faulty after 30 days will be repaired subject to manufacturers policy.

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered. * “working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

In all cases, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used . It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it.. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.

If you follow the above steps, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product minus any delivery charges paid. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

Customers are responsible for any local duty, taxes and any other ancillary charges associated with the shipment.
